Len is a CICA certified Professional Career Development Practitioner and MyCareerMatch Certified Practitioner with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education – Career Development from ACU. He has a passion for career education for life long learning.
Len knows that people achieve their best when they know and use their God given gifts and abilities. He has helped many people as they navigate career transitions and seek to re-invent themselves as they pursue their passions.

Within Eagles Consulting, Len provides a growing range of career advising and consulting services that includes:
- Resume and LinkedIn Profile Writing. Len understands how difficult it is for many people to get past their own “modesty barrier” when preparing their own resume. Similarly there is a skill to building a LinkedIn Profile that works to get you found and complements your resume. We begin this process with a complimentary resume review.
- Student Engagement and Personal Development Workshops based on their Career Profiles.
- Careers Advisers Professional Development Workshops to maximise the use of MyCareerMatch and the other resources available at www.mycareermatch.com.au
- ‘Working with Different People’ Workshop to facilitate more effective teamwork and communication in organisations with a customer/client service focus.

In 2005 Len was awarded the ‘Hilary Bolin Award’ by the NSW Careers Advisers Association for his Outstanding Contribution to Career Education in NSW. He was involved in developing many innovative programs in Career Education and Vocational Education. Len continues as a full professional member of the NSW Careers Advisers Association.
Len has consulted to meet the marketing and recruitment needs of Universities across Australia. He also develops resources for University School Liaison staff to work with school Careers Advisers. Len provides training in how to make full use of MyCareerMatch and the resources available for students, parents and careers advisers.
MyCareerMatch Consultant
Len was engaged as a consultant in the development of MyCareerMatch in 2007 and has worked as a consultant with MyCareerMatch in Australia and overseas. My Career Match is a Corporate Member of the Career Development Association of Australia – CDAA.
He sees MyCareerMatch a vital tool for Careers Advisers and Guidance Officers that will assist students and career changers discover career pathways that best match their natural given gifts, abilities and behavioural styles.
Len is able to provide training for school careers advisers and guidance officers in how to make full use of the MyCareerMatch profile facility and the resources available for students, parents and careers advisers.
Len has worked with Higher Education Providers across Australia where a Private Label customised MyCareerMatch facility is being used across a wide range of marketing and recruitment strategies. He specialises in training School Liaison staff to be able to work with Careers Advisers and Guidance Officers to maximise the use of their MyCareerMatch sponsorship.
He is currently working closely with the University of New England as they launch their new “My Future Finder” to schools and the wider community.
