More ways to achieve success for everyone.
Personality profiling is critical to effectively working with people because people differences lead to people problems.
Each person has a dominant style that influences them and each has strengths and weaknesses not shared by other styles.
We each boil at different temperatures and patterns of behaviour in one style tend to trigger stress in the other three styles.
People become difficult when things don’t go their way. This is because every style and behaviour has a primary intent that it is trying to accomplish!
There are two keys to more effectively working with people:
- Firstly to know and understand your own personality style because you need to be aware of how your own primary intend can influence your behaviours.
- Second is to become aware of the clues people leave that can give you an insight into their behavioural style.
Together this will allow you to both understand the way a person is behaving and give you some keys to make your communications more effective.
You will gain an insight into your own personality type and behavioural style as well as the people you work with. This can be a vital tool when working in stressful situations or seeking to manage team members or clients through change scenarios.
Topics include:
- Identifying Styles
- Understanding how other people act and behave
- At work Style matters
- Understanding Intent
- Managing Change
- Clues People leave

STYLES AT A MONDAY MORNING OFFICE MEETING:
A Driver will say, “I hate these meetings, all we do is talk, they’re a waste of time, nothing ever gets done, I’ve got better things to do!”
The Promoter says, “Boy, did I have a busy weekend, deals were done, contacts made, I was flat out on the phone, business is great!”
A Supporter will ask, “How was your weekend? We went to a movie, then my favourite restaurant, took the kids to the beach, caught up with friends, helped a neighbour move, visited my Granddad in the home”.
And the Analyser complains, “I wish they would send the minutes of the meeting out on Friday so I could study them over the weekend and be prepared for this morning. We never start on time”.

Recommendation:
“Communication is paramount in life and business. If you can understand people and their individual key drivers, then communication becomes simple. What you get is a smooth running unit. No misunderstandings – just simple grace because you get the other person and you learn to work with them.
This is what Len specialises in. People. Len will show you and your team who you really are and why you do what you do; this leads to effective communication that leads to increased productivity. The best investment you can make in your team this year.”
